This week we are taking a culinary journey to North America! We take inspiration from the flavors that reign supreme in the United States, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, creating unique shakes full of natural ingredients and superfoods. Pineapple, maple syrup, flaxseed, peanut butter – these are just some of the products that will appear on our menu. It will be delicious, healthy and exotic!
Throughout the week we are serving shakes inspired by America’s favorite flavors. Each day is a new installment of a healthy shake, featuring nutritious ingredients known and appreciated in North America. From fruity compositions to creamy variants with added peanut butter, get ready for a flavor explosion! Shake are natural combinations without unnecessary additives, full of vitamins and nutrients.
We also don’t forget about the American classic – shakes! This April week we are promoting shakes inspired by popular flavors from overseas. We prepare them on the basis of natural ingredients, without added sugar, but with a maximum dose of flavor. Cacao, strawberry, dates, maple syrup – all in a healthy, fit version, perfect for a spring energy boost. Stop by and discover the taste of America at its best!

A source of health straight from Jamaica
Jamaica is a tropical paradise full of fruits that play a key role in the local cuisine. Oranges, bananas, mangoes, coconut milk, and pineapples are not only delicious but also beneficial to health. Oranges provide vitamin C, boosting immunity, while bananas, with their high potassium content, support heart health.
Mangoes, rich in vitamins A and C, improve skin and eye health, and coconut milk offers healthy fats and aids digestion. Pineapples are packed with vitamin C and bromelain, which supports digestion and has anti-inflammatory effects.

for 1 cup (300 ml)
- 125 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 25 ml coconut milk
- 120 g banana
- 25 pineapple
- 50 g mango

- Cut the banana, pineapple, and mango into pieces.
- Place the fruits in a blender.
- Add freshly squeezed orange juice and coconut milk.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately, preferably chilled or with ice.

💡TIP: In this recipe, it’s best to use a peeled and frozen banana – it will add thickness to the smoothie. You can use fresh mango or 100% unsweetened mango pulp.

Ingredients
for 1 cup (300 ml)
- 150 ml lactose-free milk
- 120 g strawberries
- 30 g raspberries
- 20 g maple syrup

- Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces.
- Place the strawberries, raspberries, milk, and maple syrup in a blender.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately, preferably chilled or with ice.

It’s full of attractions, tastings, and the sweet aroma of chocolate in the air.
While chocolate is often seen as a treat, when paired with healthy ingredients, it can be a nutritious addition to your diet.
